Production

Production operators and line managers, the beating heart of our production system, ensure consistent quality 24/7 through their mastery of raw materials and production equipment, as well as their strong ability to transform an ingredient list into a tasty recipe ready to be enjoyed at our consumers’ breakfast table.

Professional and proactive, they actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our production processes and ensure a perfect alignment between customer requirements and the outputs of the manufacturing workshops.

Research & Development

Curious and highly organised, Dailycer France’s R&D engineers listen closely to the needs of both clients and consumers. They turn ideas into products ready for industrialisation through a robust development process.

Our engineers benefit from a fully autonomous laboratory equipped with prototyping processes, enabling product design and testing to ensure fast responses to our customers’ requests.

Sales and Marketing

Dynamic and always attentive, key account managers and their support teams provide clients with daily expertise and assistance in delivering their projects.

Men and women in the field, they support their clients in France and internationally in developing their assortments and sales performance.

Observant and creative, the marketing team monitors consumer trends in nutrition, health, ingredients, and product assortment organization, while analyzing markets to define Dailycer France’s product strategy with a medium- and long-term vision.

Purchase

Our Purchasing team plays a strategic role within our organisation. Experienced and demanding, our buyers ensure that we source raw materials, packaging, and energy with optimal quality and at the best possible cost. They play a key role in identifying new raw materials and market trends that shape tomorrow’s product concepts.

The Purchasing team also builds partnerships with suppliers who share our values in terms of human rights, sustainability, and food safety for our consumers.

Supply Chain

Forward-thinking and highly skilled in management, supply chain professionals oversee all flows of raw materials and finished products within the company, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

They take pride in delivering customer service excellence through rigorous planning.

Technical and maintenance

Dailycer France relies on strong technical expertise and high-performing maintenance teams to ensure production line reliability and a high level of uptime.

The Engineering Department designs and implements technical and technological solutions to meet customer needs, in compliance with current standards for hygienic equipment design, employee safety, and industrial performance.

Our maintenance technicians ensure optimal equipment availability, carrying out technical interventions in line with food safety and quality standards, while continuously improving the performance of the facilities.

Quality

Patient and diplomats, our quality specialists work to continuously improve product quality through their communication skills and their hands-on support role. Their mission is to help us strengthen our industrial discipline and increase customer satisfaction. They are responsible for quality assurance from our raw materials through to our finished products.
