Your mission
You will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and developing new key accounts, mainly in France. You will maintain a regular field presence in retail stores to closely monitor market developments.
You will respond to tenders and specifications in a pragmatic way, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in order to guarantee optimal time-to-market.
You will regularly collaborate with the Executive Management as well as other departments such as R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and Controlling.
You will contribute to defining the commercial strategy and pricing policy. In this context, you will be the main negotiator for key accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the economic and financial aspects of the business, as well as strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
You will split your time between the production sites in Faverolles, France, and Roeselare, Belgium, and will travel regularly to client locations. You will be supported by a strong Sales Support team and will report directly to the Group Sales Director.
Your profile
With a Master’s degree (Business School or University), you have at least 8 years of successful experience in sales and key account management within the agri-food sector. You have managed contractual relationships with retail clients in France and Europe within a private label and/or B2B environment.

You have a good level of English, which is essential for managing interactions with French retailers’ international subsidiaries.
Your commercial mindset, persuasiveness, analytical skills, understanding, creativity, and organisational abilities define your personality.
Experience within a retail organisation would be a strong asset.

A varied role offering significant autonomy and initiative, with the possibility to identify and drive opportunities within an organisation passionate about private label and B2B partnerships.
